Weight loss fasting is the most effective way that I have experienced in losing fat. There are many different diet programs out there and it seems that a new fad diet comes out every day. Eat-Stop-Eat is not one of them. It is an easy to follow and extremely effective alternative to the dieting struggles that most people go through every day.

The basis for Eat-Stop-Eat is intermittent fasting which will significantly reduce your caloric intake and cause you to lose fat. The program also stresses the importance of doing resistance training in order to maintain your muscle and ensure that the weight that you lose on the program is fat. I personally have used intermittent fasting to achieve a lower body fat percentage than I have had since I was in my teens. I am 41 and currently am hovering around 10-11 percent body fat. I easily maintain this by following the Eat-Stop-Eat program and am going to ratchet it up a bit and get down below 10% in the coming months.

Brad Pilon, the creator of Eat-Stop-Eat put together an incredible program that explains the proper way to fast as well as debunks all of the crazy myths floating around about fasting.
